The IoTextra SSR Small module has eight solid state relays.
Contact form – SPST-NO (1 Form A). Low on-resistance (from 0.05Ω to 30Ω). Current If=5mA, voltage Vf – up to 1.5V.
The maximum switching voltage and current depend on the SSR model and are shown in the table below:
Load voltage, V Load current, A On-resistance, Ω
60 0.5 2.5
40 2 0.1
30 4 0.05
350 0.12 30
The galvanic isolation is individual. The insulation voltage is 5000Vrms.
There is an indication of the status of relays.
There are two modes for using the IoTextra SSR Small module:
· GPIO. In this mode, SSR state control is carried out using signals AP0-AP7 in the HOST-P connector.
· I2C. In this mode, SSR state control is carried out on the serial I2C bus using an I/O expander (TCA9534 or compatible). Up to 16 modules can be connected to one I2C bus.
It is also possible to use AP0-AP7 signals in the HOST-P connector for some channels, and signals from the I/O expander for the rest.
Compatible with Raspberry Pi, Raspberry PICO, Arduino Nano, Nucleo, Adafruit, Teensy, ESP32, SeeedStudio XIAO and more.
Module size - 47 x 56 mm. The module has mounting holes for installation in the base module or Raspberry Pi.
