DESCRIPTION

Step into the future of IoT development with the IoTsmart RP2350A module, built around the cutting-edge Raspberry Pi RP2350A microcontroller (Waverhare RP2350-Tiny module). This powerful, feature-rich controller is engineered to provide advanced management for your IoTextra series mezzanines, offering superior control over both digital and analog solutions.

Compatible Mezzanines Include:

  • Digital: IoTextra Input, IoTextra Relay2, IoTextra SSR Small, IoTextra Octal2
  • Analog: IoTextra Analog, IoTextra Analog2

Unmatched Performance & Capabilities

  • Advanced Multi-Core Processor: At its core, the IoTsmart RP2350A features a high-performance dual-core Arm Cortex-M33 processor and a dual-core Hazard 3 RISC-V processor, delivering blazing-fast flexible clock speeds up to an impressive 150 MHz.
  • Expanded Memory: Benefit from enhanced application capacity with 520KB of SRAM and a generous 4MB of onboard flash memory.
  • Dedicated Data Storage: 8Kbit EEPROM (1024x8 bit, M24C08 or compatible) for robust configuration and user data persistence.

Superior Connectivity & Integration

The IoTsmart RP2350A provides comprehensive connectivity options for complex projects:

  • 12-pin HOST Connector: Offers essential I2C (SDA and SCL), 8 GPIO contacts, and two power contacts (+5V and GND). Choose your installation method:
    • Top-Side Option: For vertical mounting into your IoTextra series mezzanine.
    • Bottom-Side Option: For horizontal mounting into your IoTextra series mezzanine.
  • Integrated AUX Connector: This module comes standard with a 10-pin AUX connector, providing additional power and 8 extra GPIOs for expanded functionality.
  • Qwiic© Connectivity: Easily integrate other modules and sensors via the Qwiic© connectors for I2C communication. These feature pull-up resistors for I2C enabled by default.
  • Built-in UART: Enjoy reliable serial communication with the integrated UART connector.

Power & Debugging Essentials

  • Input Power: The module operates on a non-isolated +5VDC input power, conveniently supplied via a JST connector.
  • Optimal Size: Measuring 40 x 31 mm, this module maintains a compact footprint while delivering superior performance.
  • Debugging: For debugging your projects, a Tiny Adaptor Board with Cable is required (please note: this item is not included and must be purchased separately).
